Leon has worked his entire career in commercial construction.  In 1987 he began working at Batson-Cook Construction where he spent 17 years.  His last position at the company was Executive Vice President in charge of business development and marketing.  In 2006 he started a marketing consulting company called Addentify Strategic Consulting.  As Addentify grew he continued to see the need for strategic business development software for the construction industry.  In June 2008 he developed 4P Systems software. 

Leon holds a bachelor of science in management from Jacksonville State University and a master of business administration from LaGrange College.  He is the past chairman of the LaGrange/Troup County Chamber of Commerce, past member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a past member of the Leadership Council at LaGrange College, and a past member of the Troup Community Foundation Board of Directors.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa (LA class of 1985) and his four children who all attend LA.
