LaGrange Academy Receives National Honor

LaGrange Academy has been honored by Keep America Beautiful, the national arm of the local Keep Troup Beautiful organization.  The Academy received a Distinguished Service Citation in the category of schools and youth organizations for its outstanding recycling efforts last school year, which included the acquisition of recycling bins and the introduction of “Rolypigs” for the purpose of recycling compost.  In addition, the Academy has again received the J.R. Lewis Pride Award for campus beautification and cleanliness. This is the second year in a row that LaGrange Academy has earned this distinction.
