Upper School Guidance
Attention all Upper School Students:
· If you are at least 17 ½ and not yet registered to vote, stop by the counselor’s office to accomplish this. Please keep in mind that the law requires you to register with the Selective Service within 30 days of your 18th birthday. Simply go to www.sss.gov to register.
· Help us do a little bragging on you! Please share good news with us when you are recognized for an accomplishment, win a competition, achieve a hard-earned goal, etc. We are proud of you and we’d love to let everyone else know!
· Please visit the www.gacollege411.org website and begin working on your portfolio! This will be very beneficial to you as you progress through your upper school career.
Transcript Release Form – Click to print a copy of this form if you are requesting transcripts to be sent to colleges or universities. Please allow 48 hours for the office to prepare the documents.
Community Service Verification Form – Click to print a copy of this form and turn in documentation of all community service hours completed in each of your upper school years. Number of hours required for each grade is listed on the form.
Senior Resume - Click to download and print a copy of the template. You will find this very handy as you complete scholarship and college applications throughout the year.

Senior Questionnaire– Tell us more about yourself as you enter your senior year. All rising seniors should have this questionnaire complete prior to the first day of class your senior year.
