Director of Development

LaGrange Academy is seeking a Director of Development to begin in the summer of 2017. The Director of Development will work closely with the HOS to oversee the school’s fundraising efforts including the annual fund, major gifts, event management, foundation relations, and stewarding the school’s current donors. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrates success in fundraising, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

For nearly 50 years, LaGrange Academy has been Troup County’s independent college preparatory school and is a school where students live with honor, as exemplified by the lack of locks on our lockers. Academy students are nurtured and encouraged to explore academic and extracurricular interests, and are supported by the safety net of a caring faculty. Since its founding, LaGrange Academy has worked diligently to ensure that it lives up to the words and spirit of its mission.

MS/US Spanish Teacher

LaGrange Academy is seeking a Spanish teacher to begin in August of 2017. For nearly 50 years, LaGrange Academy has been Troup County’s independent college preparatory school and is a school where students live with honor, as exemplified by the lack of locks on our lockers. Academy students are nurtured and encouraged to explore academic and extracurricular interests, and are supported by the safety net of a caring faculty. Since its founding, LaGrange Academy has worked diligently to ensure that it lives up to the words and spirit of its mission. The school’s size allows its faculty and administrative staff to foster mentoring relationships with students on the athletic fields, on stage, as well as in the classroom.
