Fun 2 Learn Enrichment Camp:

  • Mrs. Cathy Otto and Ms. Trish Trotter
  • Pre-K – 4th Grades
  • June 10 – 14 and July 15 – 19, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

These action-packed weeks are sure to keep your kids entertained as they explore a wide range of activities.  Whether your kids like science, art or anything in between, there is something for everyone in our Fun 2 Learn Camp! Come be a part of this incredible adventure with STEAM, recreation, arts, cooking and crafts, all with a professionally trained staff.

FRIDAY FUN DAY! In addition to the other activities, Fridays will consist of water play and popsicles!  Campers come prepared in swim attire and ready to get wet with group games, sprinklers and kiddie pools.

AlgeCoaster Camp:

  • Ms. Bethany Howard
  • 6th – 8th Grades
  • June 10 – 14, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Math and engineering make magic happen in so many things – including roller coasters!  Attendees will study the breathtaking elevation changes, speeds, gravity and inertia of a spine-chilling roller coaster ride, working together to create an actual model of a roller coaster on our campus. Like professional engineers, students will use simple materials to build and test functional models.

An optional addition to this camp will be a day trip to the Six Flags theme park to ride a roller coaster or two!  More details coming soon about this day trip estimated to take place on July 26th.

Art Camps with Mrs. Ammerman

  • 5th – 8th Grades
  • June 17 – 21, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This will be a week with fun fiber art, watercolor techniques, encaustics and creating art in nature.  We will spend our days inside as well as outside as we explore the world of nature, weaving and shadow art. This camp will go in depth on various art techniques and will help to hone art skills for young artists. 

  • 1st – 4th Grades
  • June 24 – 28, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This will be a fun week with creative play, mixed media, painting and, of course, some messy art. We will spend our days inside and outside the classroom while we explore creating sculpture with natural materials. This camp will focus on creativity and honing individual artistic styles. 

Mad Science Camp:

  • Mrs. Jane Hudson and Mrs. Cathy Otto
  • Pre-K – 4th Grades
  • June 17 – 21, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

For all of our little kid scientists, this is a week of fun and learning through oodles of science experiments, arts and crafts, children’s literature, cooking, and learning centers. Our junior scientists will experience five days of science adventures.  All of the interactive and hands-on activities will make science challenging and fun!

Basketball Camps with Coach Klinger:

  • 3rd-8th Grades, June 24 – 28, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • K5-3rd Grades, July 8 – 12, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 3rd – 8th Grades, July 22 – 26, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This will be a co-ed basketball day camp to work with all levels of skills, teaching fundamentals for shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, rebounding, team defense and offense, along with fun competitions and games. Campers will also receive a camp t-shirt and more! Basketball Camp attendees will need to come wearing athletic shoes and clothing, water bottle and lunch.  Extra drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the concession stand.

Lego Camp:

  • Mrs. Tiffany Ammerman
  • 1st – 5th Grades
  • July 15 – 19, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This fun Lego camp will focus on creative play, free build, maze building and Lego challenge builds. We will also be focusing on incorporating other creative aspects into the various builds. The camp will be located inside and outside the classroom so dress for sun and bring sunscreen.

Intro to Volleyball Camp:

  • Ms. Bethany Howard
  • 6th – 12th Grades
  • July 15 – 19, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Learn all the fundamentals and feel the energy and excitement of this great team sport, all in one fun-filled week of camp!  Attendees will learn many aspects of the game through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. We will also incorporate essential life lessons, such as, teamwork and sportsmanship.

School of Rock Music Camp with Ms. Alyese:

  • Pre-K – 3rd Grades
  • July 22 – 26, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

School of Rock Music Makers:  Campers will explore various percussion instruments including the drums, boomwhackers, and other unpitched percussion instruments. Campers will also explore music through movement including traditional folk dances, contemporary dance, circle dances and games, and other opportunities for expression and movement. In addition, campers will visit the “Maker’s Studio” and use a collection of found and provided objects to make musical instruments of all sorts from scratch. Come join us for this exciting time of musical exploration!

STAY ‘N PLAY (Aftercare) 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Stay ‘n Play is in addition to any of the day camps. A cool afternoon indoors is spent watching an assortment of kid’s movie blockbuster hits. Other age-appropriate activities along with an afternoon snack will also be provided.
