Transitional Development

It has been 50 wonderful and productive years for Lagrange Academy, and we look forward to what the next 50 years have in store! LaGrange Academy continues to provide a superior education in a caring, cooperative, and stimulating environment, emphasizing strong moral and ethical values while instilling a lifelong love of learning.

LaGrange Academy has seen accelerated growth as parents seek academically rigorous education in a safe and caring environment for their children.

As a result, our current facilities are at capacity, outdated, and limit the potential impact of the school. To address this concern, we embarked on a feasibility study to gauge opinions regarding the school's strategic direction and the opportunity for expansion. During this process, we found that most of our constituents feel it is the right time to invest in LaGrange Academy to ensure excellence for today and financial sustainability for the future.

As a result of these findings, the LaGrange Academy Board of Trustees has initiated The Path Forward: A Capital Campaign for LaGrange Academy.

This campaign, focusing on constructing a new educational building, will advance the mission of the school and our impact on the community. We currently have approximately 250 students enrolled. However, we can comfortably hold 400 students with the new educational building. The new academic building and the renovations to the existing structures will allow for nearly doubled enrollment, expanded programs, and increased influence and connection to Troup County and beyond.

With a campaign working goal of $5.2M and a campaign vision goal of $6M, the campaign will give all parents, grandparents, alumni, friends, faculty, and staff the opportunity to invest in this great institution and our plans for the future.
